Awesome kit

This is such a great kit. This vintage car came out so well! It assembled pretty well and it has some pretty cool features like a box on the side that opens. All 4 wheels also spin so that it can be rolled around- delicately of course

Stress relief

This was so much fun putting together, and a great stress reliever as well. It comes in multiple sheets of aprx 1/16" plywood, that must be carefully snapped out. I was impressed that every part snapped together perfectly. Also some of the really delicate parts are redundant in case you break it...did that once or twice. Oh and the instructions are like the old time maps that you'd fan out into one large sheet. It was about 3'X1'. Don't let it intimidate to much as it's all illustration, LOL I tried to make this last for a few weeks just to have relaxing busy time after work, but the more I did the more eager I was to see the finished product.

Excellent hobby project

This is a very nice project. Instructions are easy to follow. I use a drop of Elmer’s glue on pegs and other joints to securely hold everything together. I enjoy putting together these puzzles. Cars for me are particularly fun and make a nice conversation piece.

Incredible model with the most intricate details! Gorgeous!

This model blew me away with the quality of every little detail- the camshafts on the bottom of the car, the front radiator grill, the printed seat cushion designs... Even the little hood ornament and license plate, just wow! This is a pure work of art, and is probably the highest-quality model I've ever made. It is NOT "simple" or for absolute beginners, but if you take your time and don't rush, it is a treasure you will feel incredibly proud to have assembled. The one hardest part for me was the teeny-tiny gold pegs you need to push through the teeny-tiny holes to mount the license plate and another piece later on. Those were not easy, but I took my time and it went well. You do get a few extra pieces of some of the more delicate bits, which I loved, because I did end up having one of the tiny golden pegs you use to mount the license plate go flying across the room into oblivion when I slipped pinching it in and had to be VERY CAREFUL not to lose another. I still had enough to finish the model, so hurray for extra pieces, but do be careful there. In the end I did this over two 4-hour sittings during my weekend. A pro could no doubt have finished this much faster, but I was happy to take my time and enjoy the relaxation this kit provided. It was a joy to assemble, and the finished model isn't just beautiful, it's really COOL! The doors open, the wheels turn... It is not a "toy", but it is just about the finest model kit I have ever enjoyed building and owning! For anyone who actually enjoys this sort of thing and isn't a complete beginner, I'd recommend this wholeheartedly! But it is definitely NOT for "children" or impatient people, get them some plastic building block sets or something else, this just requires too much care and patience. It is absolutely incredible, and worth all 5-stars and then some!!
