If your order hasnât arrived within 45 days from the shipping date and tracking hasnât updated, youâre eligible for a full refund or reshipment.
đ Our shipping is domestic within the U.S., so delays are rare. If there's an issue, contact us with your order number and tracking link.
â 2. Failed Deliveries (Not Our Fault)
We cannot offer a refund or replacement in cases where the delivery fails due to:

If your tracking shows âDeliveredâ but you didnât get the package:
