📦 Refund, Return & Reshipment Policy (USA)

We want your experience with our store to be smooth, reliable, and worry-free. Below is our official return and refund policy, designed specifically for customers in the United States.


✅ 1. Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days from the shipping date and tracking hasn’t updated, you’re eligible for a full refund or reshipment.

🚚 Our shipping is domestic within the U.S., so delays are rare. If there's an issue, contact us with your order number and tracking link.


❌ 2. Failed Deliveries (Not Our Fault)

We cannot offer a refund or replacement in cases where the delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Package refused by recipient

  • Package not picked up from a pickup location

  • Unsafe delivery location

📬 Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.


🧾 3. Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t get the package:

  • Please first check with household members or neighbors.

  • If still missing, request a non-delivery certificate from your local post office.

  • Once we receive the official document, we can proceed with a refund or reshipment.


🛠️ 4. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Please provide:

  • A clear photo or video of the damaged product

  • A description of the issue

We offer:

  • ✅ Full refund for severely damaged items

  • 🔁 Replacement for partially damaged items

Minor scuffs or slight wrinkles in packaging do not qualify for a refund.


🔄 5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or if something is missing:

  • 🆗 Full refund or reshipment for wrong items

  • 📏 Refund or reshipment for wrong size/color (with photo proof)

  • 🔧 Reshipment or partial refund for missing or non-functional parts


🛑 6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.

  • Once an order is packed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once purchased.


📬 7. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


🚫 8. We Cannot Accept Refund/Return Requests For:

  • Buyer’s change of mind

  • Ordered the wrong product/SKU

  • Entered the wrong shipping address

  • “Item doesn’t match expectations” (please read product descriptions carefully)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
