Good quality product
The instructions are easy to understand. All parts fit snug so nothing wants to fall off. Overall had a good time building it. decided to paint it. the result is amazing

VROOM! What a great wooden car puzzle!

I read other reviews saying this car is difficult to build, but I thought it was a snap (literally). I assembled it in under 3 hours and it looks awesome. No broken parts, no issues whatsoever. I used clear-drying wood glue on some pieces to keep the car running (pun intended) for many years.

Fun quick time passer

I did this one in an evening. I've done two others, a marble run (rokr) and a train (wood trick). Granted the last one I did was the train and it was a joke (tooth picks used to combine pieces). This was cake in comparison. Went together really quick and the sheets were in order. This would be a good project if you haven't done one before or are looking for a quick one to do. That being said, I wish the wheels connected a little bit differently. The way they are placed it doesn't roll very well. I know that isn't the purpose of it, but it would still be nice.

This was very good experience in putting together. Very sturdy construction, well designed. Took only a few hours to put together. Did break one piece, the front bumper, but it is so sturdy, no glue was necessary.

This was my first attempt at building one of these kits, but it won't be the last; I've already ordered the Jeep, and will probably do the locomotive after that. It's been many years since I built a model of anything, and I have to say I enjoyed this a bunch. I suppose you can assemble it without tools, it's very well designed, and there are extras of the delicate parts, but you may find, as I did, a couple of small tools will come in handy and aid assembly. A sharp hobby knife, tweezers (my old man's hands don't work like they use to), and a couple of needle files. This project was quite immersive, and although it took me longer than four hours, I enjoyed every blissful minute of losing myself in the building process. There were a couple of challenging sections, but in the end, I didn't break any parts, and the result looks good. I may touch up some of the spots where the parts were joined to the sheet, and find a suitable place in my home to display it. Great job.
